Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in oncology forecasting, analytics, and market research.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and simplify complex data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine global forecast models for Breast & Gyn indications.
• Lead annual planning cycles, long-range planning, and ATUs.
• Partner with indication leads to evaluate epidemiology, treatment dynamics, and pricing.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for brand strategy.
• Collaborate with affiliates to align global and local forecasting assumptions.
• Deliver executive-ready analyses and presentations.
