Overview

Autokinton, a leading automotive supplier in North America, is searching for an experienced LABOR RELATIONS INTERN to join our team. This position would support and assist our Labor Union team at the direction of the HR Director. The ideal candidate will strive to support the labor relations strategy to ensure that we maintain a positive culture and meet company and associate expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate contracts and subsequent interpretation along with language reviews
  • Participation in labor related meetings and strategy development
  • Perform research and analytics as needed for strategy meetings
  • Interface with Benefits/Payroll to obtain information for executives and contract proposals
  • Work with team to create standard operating procedures, documents and/or guides for labor relations best practices
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned
