What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training curriculum
- Implement annual training plans for field-based medical teams on therapeutic area knowledge and skills development
- Plan and coordinate formal training meetings, both virtual and in-person
- Manage budgets and administrative requirements related to training resources and curriculum development
- Conduct field rides with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to understand training needs and business nature
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (M.D., Pharm.D., Ph.D., or equivalent)
- Field-related medical expertise, such as Medical Scientific Liaison experience
- Previous training or teaching experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Current knowledge of immunology pathophysiology and clinical landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
