Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD in education, business, or LOC-related field.
- Experience as a coach practitioner with certification (preferably EMCC or ICF).
- 3–5 years in business/consulting/coaching setting.
- Experience teaching graduate-level courses in LOC-related areas.
Responsibilities
- Define, execute and deliver MSLOC/ELOC strategic direction and mission.
- Teach MSLOC courses and advise students in capstone sequence.
- Lead OLCC and ELOC coaching curriculum development and certification.
- Manage OLCC/ELOC coaching programs and onboarding of coaches.
- Oversee advising for OLCC students, including program planning and career advising.
- Design and deliver coaching resources, surveys, and workshops.
- Support admissions, recruitment, and curriculum improvements.
- Pursue research in coaching and LOC.
