Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations, the Associate Director of Admissions Systems is responsible for leading and coordinating the strategic use of information technology systems to support Enrollment Management at the Prescott campus. This position oversees admissions systems with the goal of enhancing student recruitment, application processing, decision-making, and enrollment efforts.

In collaboration with Enrollment Management leadership, the Associate Director will provide direction and oversight for initiatives related to operational support, system optimization, and the continuous improvement of admissions-related business processes and data integrity.

This role manages daily operations and supervision of personnel and systems within Enrollment Management, including the Student Information System (Campus Solutions), Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce), Business Intelligence tools, and other campus-based systems. The Associate Director will define the strategic direction for leveraging technology to meet evolving enrollment objectives.

This role also serves as a key liaison between the Office of Admissions and the Information Technology department, supporting operations, managing system releases, and contributing to the development and enhancement of school-based applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Admissions
  • Knowledge of admissions practices; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of university staff and administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SQL or similar programming languages
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with document imaging and workflow systems (Oracle Product)
  • Experience with business process documentation
  • Experience managing data and creating reports and dashboards
  • Ability to assess training needs of end-users
