Position

The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for coaching, development, and management of a specified team of non-traditional admissions representatives.

Responsibilities
  • In conjunction with the DOA, manage, hire, train, motivate, and develop non-traditional admissions representatives of specified teams while maintaining enrollment and production responsibilities.
  • Oversee the overall activity and production of the specified team, including coaching, tracking, monitoring, and supplemental enrollment responsibilities as needed.
  • Lead individual coaching for the representatives, including coaching plans per term, self-assessments, and professional development of competencies.
  • Assist in the development of the representatives through consistent training efforts in sales, customer service, and leadership aspects of an admissions reps job and daily duties to support growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the lead tracking and management system to assist in the daily management of Admissions activities.
  • Assist in managing the annual budget for the Admissions Department.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
