Associate Director, National Account Operations CVS - US Remote

About the Job

The Associate Director, National Account Operations is a strategic leader within the Market Access team. You will oversee operational excellence, account implementation, gross-to-net management, and pull-through across national accounts. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute contracts, perform financial and gross-to-net analytics, and support access and affordability initiatives.

This position suits a detail-oriented problem solver with deep operational knowledge of the US healthcare system, including formulary operations, claims adjudication, and specialty pharmacy networks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead operational planning and performance tracking for key market access accounts.
• Translate contract terms into operational workflows and programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness for access launches and formulary updates.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Serve as the operational contact for account directors and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure flawless implementation of new agreements and system configurations.

Performance Management & Reporting:

• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.
• Evaluate contract performance and recommend optimizations.

Process Optimization & Innovation:

• Improve operational processes and tools for efficiency.
• Lead projects to enhance Market Access operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech Market Access or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of US payer systems, PBMs, GPOs, and specialty pharmacy.

Travel: 50% travel expected for meetings and internal reviews.
