ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, MITES PROGRAMS, School of Engineering - MIT Introduction to Technology, Engineering, and Science (MITES), reports to the Executive Director and leads and develops a team of seven professional staff members to align programs across operational areas and to foster collaboration among team members and business partners to fully implement MITES’ outreach programs; develops and monitors systems, workflows, and training to ensure the safety of students and staff; and manages the recruitment and onboarding of more than 100 seasonal program staff each year.
