About the Role: The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will develop scientific expertise and build relationships with healthcare professionals in the oncology field, focusing on gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and thoracic cancers. The role involves 70-80% external engagement, providing in-depth scientific information, and gathering insights to inform Lilly's research and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Provide current scientific knowledge and facilitate scientific exchange.
  • Manage administrative activities including documentation and compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 2-3 years relevant experience, or a Master's/Bachelor's with 5+ years in oncology.
  • Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the US.

Preferred Skills: Oncology experience in GI/GU/Thoracic, hospital or outpatient clinical experience, ability to travel up to 70%, strong communication and networking skills.

Location: Southern California, with access to major airports.
