• Engage in continuous learning to maintain the highest level of technical expertise in dermatology
• Provide unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific information in response to customer requests
• Act as a primary interface between Lilly Medical and scientific and clinical experts
• Connect scientific and clinical experts with Lilly resources and internal business partners
• Facilitate collaborative research and external opportunities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic territory plans
• Prioritize core MSL activities and take accountability for territory results
• Coordinate compliantly with Lilly field roles sharing customers
• Use territory analytics for customer identification and routing prioritization
• Synthesize and communicate actionable customer and clinical insights to internal medical and cross-functional teams
• Exercise judgment, elevate issues, cultivate internal networks, and collaborate across functions
• Contribute to team goals and execute the role in compliance with applicable requirements, procedures, and laws

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field) required
• 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience desired
• Masters or bachelor's level degree in health sciences (e.g. BSN, RPh, PA, NP) considered if 5 or more years clinical, research or industry experience in relevant therapeutic area is present
• Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record are required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Ability to work up to 4 to 6 weekends a year
• Must live in close proximity to Denver or SLC airport
