Job summary

Revance is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Information to lead the Medical Information function and provide scientifically accurate responses across Revance products. Based in Nashville, TN, the role is hybrid with onsite requirements and relocation support available.

The candidate will oversee operations, develop standard response materials, monitor inquiry trends, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Field Medical, and regulatory teams to advance product priorities.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD in biological sciences with related experience.
• 6+ years in Medical Affairs, including 3+ years in Medical Information.
• 2–4 years of management or functional leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Medical Information standards and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Information operations, set priorities, and measure performance.
• Produce reports and metrics for cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain standard response letters and FAQs.
• Evaluate literature and create accurate Medical Information responses.
• Coordinate between Medical Information and Field Medical Advisor teams.
• Oversee Medical Information at medical congresses and ensure quality control.
• Handle adverse events and regulatory reports per FDA and Revance policies.
• Create and update SOPs and work instructions for Medical Information.
• Provide internal training and participate in cross-department projects.
• Support hiring and development of Medical Information staff.
