A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director of Medical Digital Strategy. This key role involves designing and executing the Medical Affairs digital strategy, ensuring system configurations align with medical processes, and creating innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in technology leadership within the pharmaceutical sector, as well as strong skills in communication and quantitative analysis. Position Summary:
The Associate Director, Medical Digital Strategy will lead implementation and refinement of the Medical Affairs (MA) digital strategy. The role encompasses accountability and responsibility for many MA information systems, ensuring all configurations align with medical affairs processes, ensuring that outputs of each system lead to meaningful actions, and providing continuous feedback to MA Leadership Team members in the form of automated data and information flows. This lead is responsible for driving all phases of digital strategy including design, platform selection, requirements, configuration, implementation, and optimization. As a service to all medical affairs functions, this role will be responsible for creating digital solutions to solve challenges, and reports to the Senior Director, Medical Excellence
