Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree or Doctorate (PharmD/PhD) in data science, pharmacology, life science or epidemeology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of insights digitization within Medical Affairs.
Advance the use of AI/ML and analytics to improve insights depth and speed.
Partner with global and regional Medical Affairs teams to prioritize use cases and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Create strategic insights reports and outputs for medical strategy teams and senior leadership.
Own the global insights product vision, roadmap prioritization and business value realization for Medical Affairs.
