The Associate Director of Marketing & Communications takes the lead in executing plans to maximize the College's marketing opportunities. They will work with the director to strategize and develop such plans, which can include the hiring and supervising of temporary part-time help, student employees, and vendors. The associate director supervises the College's social media activities. This requires frequent coordination with various department personnel both internal and external to the College, to generate content, optimize marketing opportunities, and ensure brand compliance. In addition, the associate director oversees day-to-day management of the College's digital marketing efforts to ensure maximum impact and reach.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, 3-5 years of experience.
  • Master's preferred - in lieu of advanced degree, candidates with 5+ years of demonstrated experience and skills will be considered.
  • Intermediate/advanced abilities with several computer programs, including Adobe Creative Cloud, web and social media management software.
  • Resume and cover letter required.
