  • Serve as the key analytics expert and consultant to brand stakeholders, aligning modeling output with business strategy.
  • Act as a thought partner in the development of AI-driven marketing and digital personalization strategies.
  • Present results to senior stakeholders, translating complex methodologies into clear business value.
  • Ensure quality and integrity in model development, execution, and implementation across channels.

  • Proven experience working with digital marketing data and media agencies.
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with personalization or recommender systems strongly preferred.
  • Pharma experience is a plus but not required if modeling skills are strong.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong grasp of omnichannel measurement frameworks in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Background in building or refining next-best-action frameworks using advanced modeling.

This role offers a highly competitive compensation package including:

  • 23% target bonus
  • 8% long-term incentive bonus (vesting over 3 years)
  • 6% matched 401(k), increasing to 10% after 12 months
