Position Overview
The Associate Director for Peptide Operations provides oversight for the operational resources assigned to the peptide Process Team including Operations Leaders. The chief deliverable of this role is the leadership of frontline leaders and their teams in achieving accurate execution of manufacturing instructions (e.g., batch production records, SOPs) used for the safe manufacture of high-quality medicine. This team operates in a high-demand environment to ramp production to meet supply chain needs. The role serves as the key integrator of the broader cross-functional team to achieve production goals while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement per the Manufacturing Standards for Operational Excellence. The Associate Director provides leadership, has accountability for all of the Process Team, and ensures appropriate staffing is in place.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $118,500 - $173,800. Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.
