You will manage a 70-90 donor portfolio, collaborate with leadership, and work toward annual funding goals while growing endowments for scholarships, programs, and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two years' major gifts fundraising or related experience.
• High emotional intelligence and curiosity.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Strategic thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven project management ability.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Experience with VIPs and CRM (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Build and carry an active portfolio of 70-90 well-qualified donors with a capacity of $100,000+ and solicit gifts to support operations and grow the endowment through gifts.
• Deliver funding proposals and strategies, aiming for $2,000,000+ in contributed revenue annually.
• Collaborate with Computer Science leadership and development staff to create department-wide funding opportunities.
• Use fundraising databases, maintain timely documentation, and manage engagement activities and forecasting.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
