Ford Motor Company seeks an Associate Director of M&A Integration to lead the strategic integration of mergers and acquisitions. This role involves overseeing the entire process from due diligence to post-merger integration, ensuring maximum synergy and value realization while managing cross-functional teams and reporting to executive leadership.

In this position…
As the Associate Director of M&A Integration, you will lead the strategic integration of merged and acquired entities, Joint Ventures and other strategic partnership driving the overall success of these initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire integration process, from due diligence to post-merger integration, ensuring that synergies are realized, and value is maximized. This leadership role demands a high level of strategic vision, operational expertise, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
***This is a hybrid role to Dearborn, MI and will be required to work regularly onsite. Fully remote would be considered for qualified candidates that do not reside in the Dearborn, MI area.
