The Associate Director of Learning & Development will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful learning initiatives across the organization, with a focus on supporting the professional growth of lawyers, paralegals, and business professionals. This individual will oversee the Legal Learning team and the Leadership Development team, ensuring the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive programs that align with the firm’s strategic objectives. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:
The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus; however, bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance. Juris Doctor or better.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, including the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of legal technical skills, CLE requirements, and the professional development needs of lawyers, paralegals, and business professionals.
Demonstrated experience in learning and development, talent management, or professional development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
