Job summary

University of Notre Dame seeks an Associate Director to advance the Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program. You will direct student recruitment, oversee daily operations, manage scholarships and budgets, and coordinate national leadership events.

Responsibilities include leading Slate implementation, analyzing recruitment data, and drafting grant narrative copy. Collaboration with IEI teams and Advancement is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Education, English, or Communications preferred, with 3–4 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with flexibility and creativity.
• Exceptional oral and written communication; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruitment and cohort selection for the Remick Leaders program.
• Oversee daily program operations, scholarships, and budget processes.
• Coordinate national leadership events and conference planning.
• Lead Slate system implementation and analytics for recruitment data.
• Collaborate on staff HR processes, onboarding and evaluation dashboards.
