Starcom is seeking an Associate Director, Investment to lead planning across digital channels for a global electronics account. This role collaborates with Investment, Strategy, and Performance Analytics teams to translate investment strategy into campaign activations and reporting.
You will oversee the execution of large‑scale media campaigns, review client deliverables for quality, and lead media plan execution to ensure high‑quality, on‑strategy results.
The Associate Director, Investment position supports the planning for all major digital channels including TV, Partnerships, Digital Direct, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search for a global electronics media account with Constellation. This role works with a myriad of cross‑functional disciplines (Investment, Strategy, Performance Analytics), and other teams to support and achieve client’s business objectives. This role will help oversee the total execution of a media campaign from investment strategy through activation and assisting in reporting deliverables. This person is focused on how media strategy translates investment strategy to deliver on campaign goals. This role continually evaluates and improves upon media processes and opportunities and is a partner to the Client Service and Project Management functions to support internal and client‑facing discussions.

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $139,965.00 annually. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
