Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director International Learning Immunology Gastro Portfolio to drive learning strategy for the Gastro portfolio and ensure curriculum alignment across brands and affiliates.

You will partner with International Marketing, Areas, and Affiliates to develop programs for launches, updates, and new hire training, while fostering an inclusive culture and developing the Learning organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of learning and instructional design experience.
• 10-15 years of combined learning, sales and marketing experience or related cross functional expertise.
• Experience leading team members directly or in an interim capacity
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Experience in Immunology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide learning curricula aligned to brand strategy across International Learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop learning programs for new product launches and updates.
• Build capabilities and develop team members within International Learning.
• Ensure materials follow adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Lead international learning workstreams and foster inclusive team environment.
