Position Summary The Texas Water Resources Institute (TWRI) is searching for an Associate Director to provide senior-level operational leadership focused on translating institutional strategy into effective execution across all programs and initiatives. This position advances TWRI’s mission by operationalizing leadership priorities, strengthening coordination systems, driving organizational efficiency, and ensuring consistent progress toward Institute goals. The Associate Director serves as a central point of TWRI operations, and is responsible for maintaining execution integrity across programs, thematic labs, partnerships, and internal processes. This role ensures that TWRI initiatives remain aligned with strategic priorities, are effectively coordinated, and deliver measurable outcomes in research, engagement, and funding performance.
Reporting directly to the TWRI Director, the Associate Director is a member of the Institute's leadership team and is responsible for advancing the Institute's strategic priorities through effective operational management.
Salary: Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
