Amgen’s Information Systems team seeks an Associate Director for the Clinical Data Hub (CDH) to lead product vision, strategy, and a scalable data foundation enabling discovery, governance, and reuse of clinical development data.

In this vital role, you will serve as the Associate Director and product leader for the Clinical Data Hub (CDH) product team within the Clinical Design and Analysis (CDA) - Digital, Technology & Innovation (DTI) organization. You will set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CDH as a trusted, scalable clinical data foundation that enables discovery, integration, governance, and reuse of clinical development data. This role is critical to accelerating study onboarding, improving data availability and quality, enabling analytics and AI-ready data, and increasing the speed and probability of successful product development and commercialization.

In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, products, programs, or directing the allocation of resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
