Qualifications

• Advanced degrees Ph.D., MPhil or PharmD with 0-5 years industry clinical development experience.
• Knowledge of immune-mediated diseases and cell therapies.
• Understanding of T-cell biology and gene therapy.
• Experience designing and driving industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support and later lead medical and scientific aspects of early-phase immunology cell therapy programs across immune-mediated diseases.
• Define clinical program strategy and deliver clinical science components from design to CSR.
• Co-lead ESCR strategy and implementations with external partners and internal GPT.
