Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner Roles in fast-paced science-driven environments.
• Strong influence and trust-building skills across all levels.
• Expertise in organization design, talent development, change management, and employee relations.
• Experience in biotech/pharma or similar industries supporting R&D or technical teams preferred.
