Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources to lead HR strategies across the organization, aligning people plans with business goals. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensure legal compliance while fostering an inclusive culture.

This leadership role requires 7+ years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated experience in a healthcare or related industry is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

The Associate Director, Human Resources will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with PPL Healthcare LLC's overall business objectives.
