Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management or AA degree with 3 years relevant experience.
• Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• 1–3 years hospital or adult home/care experience depending on degree.
• 3–5 years direct foodservice operational management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, cost controls, sanitation.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service desirable.
• Strong supervisory, leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Excellent financial, budgetary, accounting and computational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• ServSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client and customer satisfaction with efficient cost‑effective management.
