Purpose: The Associate Director, HCP marketing leads the development and execution of strategies related to personal and non-personal HCP promotion. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Associate Director will be responsible for achieving key brand goals by balancing investments with brand profitability.
The Associate Director will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure development and alignment of the near- and long-term HCP strategy and execution. This role involves guiding a cross-functional group and fostering positive relationships with the sales force, medical, patient services, market access, public affairs, government affairs, health economics and outcomes research, MABI, sales training, and regulatory review. Additionally, the individual will serve as a strategic partner to the sales force, working with sales leaders and training teams to develop effective materials and communications. This position offers the opportunity to work on a breakthrough launch brand within a growing business unit with significant exposure to senior leadership.
