Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher with significant industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or regulatory agencies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and build partnerships across functions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and data standards.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, influencing, negotiation and PM skills.
• Proficient with relational databases and data visualization tools.

• Interpret the Division's strategy to establish and prioritize business goals
• Assess talent needs and identify potential talent within the organization
• Hold managers accountable for their management skills and the development of a diverse talent pipeline
• Lead teams to implement strategic directions and influence senior management decisions
• Partner with Global Business Unit leadership to achieve objectives and oversee operational activities to support the division's goals

Requirements

• BA/BS with at least 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of experience
• Demonstrated relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, Contract Research Organization (CRO), or Regulatory Agency
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and develop successful partnerships within and across functional areas
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant data standards
• Strong communication, decision-making, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills
• Technical proficiency in using relational databases and data visualization tools
• Strong people management experience
