Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, finance, contracting, or a related analytical function within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Minimum 5 years of direct, hands‑on government pricing experience.
• Deep expertise in U.S. government pricing methodologies (AMP, ASP, Best Price, PHS, FSS/VA).
• Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Experience presenting complex analyses to senior/executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Pricing Director for activities related to government pricing calculations, submissions, and compliance (AMP, ASP, Best Price, PHS, FSS/VA).
• Guide government contracting processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on pricing implications of commercial contracting decisions.
• Coordinate with Medicaid, TRICARE, and Medicare Part D rebate processing through third‑party vendors.
