Job Summary:

The Associate Director, Government Pricing and Contracts administers Radius Health's contractual obligations under various federal agreements and is responsible for calculating and submitting pricing reports accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data preparation, validation, calculation, and analytics related to government programs.
• Perform calculations for Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (nFAMP), and Federal Ceiling Price (FCP).
• Submit approved government pricing calculations to the appropriate agencies within statutory deadlines.
• Communicate pricing information to 3PL, distributors, and other external partners.
• Complete State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program and Supplemental Program filings.
• Maintain and update SOPs, SOX documentation, and price calculation methodologies.
• Identify and resolve compliance issues and pricing requests from stakeholders.
• Work on government pricing-related projects and provide analytics to improve decision-making.
• Manage third-party vendors involved in the pricing process.
• Oversee rebate payment processes for government rebates.
• Provide input on proposed government regulations and ensure compliance with all laws and policies.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline.
• 5 years of government contracting and pricing reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of government programs and regulations.
• Experience in providing detailed analyses and presenting findings to senior decision-makers.
• Ability to define problems, research solutions, and implement effective strategies.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
