RTX is seeking an Associate Director of International Sourcing Strategy to lead a senior OSC team in shaping Raytheon’s global footprint. You will guide cross‑functional groups, influence senior executives, and drive international supplier initiatives from concept through closure.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate in multi‑country environments, with ~5–25% travel and eligibility for U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 12+ years in related fields.
• Minimum 12 years in Strategy, Supply Chain, PM, Operations/Manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in Aerospace & Defense.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver recommendations to senior executives on sourcing decisions.
• Lead international sourcing strategies and global footprint growth.
• Mentor OSC professionals and set direction.
• Standardize processes and enhance digital tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams for co-production and second-source initiatives.
• Drive alignment in complex international environments.
• Prepare strategic international suppliers for onboarding and approvals.
• Maintain international supplier capability database.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Support gate reviews and travel as needed.
