Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a senior scheduling and logistics leader to oversee production scheduling and logistics at the Upper Merion site. You will drive 0-12 week schedules, improve run rate, and ensure GMP/FDA compliance while coordinating with Global Planning on longer horizons.

You will lead the S&L team, monitor CtS performance, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to meet patient and business needs. This is a high-impact leadership role with site-wide influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in Scheduling & Logistics in GMP/FDA environment.
• 5+ years in GMP manufacturing facility, preferably biopharma.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with direct reports.
• 2+ years of ERP data entry and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated scheduling for all value streams and align with standard work and maintenance activities.
• Monitor Conformance to Schedule (CtS) and participate in PM meetings; escalate supply detractors.
• Define 13-36 month capacity statements; coordinate with Global Planning for MPS.
• Manage Bulk Drug Substance receipts and shipments; coordinate with Warehouse and QA.
