Job summary

St. Luke’s United Methodist Church is seeking an Associate Director of Gethsemane Campus to oversee Outreach Ministries daily, align with the multi-site strategy, and supervise the On-Site Coordinator. The role focuses on community needs, partnerships, and engaging guests toward worship and next steps.

The candidate will help design outreach programs, track impact, and manage budget in collaboration with the Director of Outreach, serving Sundays and coordinating with campus leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience including supervisory and large events.
• Experience with church databases and Microsoft/Google product suites.
• Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of outreach program execution in alignment with the outreach strategy.
• Strengthen and establish new outreach programming and community partnerships.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local schools, businesses, and nonprofits.
• Implement follow-up processes and share outcomes with the team.
• Design, build, and maintain tools to track programs, participants, volunteers, and resources.
• Assist in developing and tracking the Outreach budget.
• Work Sundays with the On-Site Coordinator to support resources and care for guests.
• Build relationships with guests, neighbors, partners, and volunteers in their faith journey.
