Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, FP&A Treasury Lead to join our finance team in the US. You will drive cash, capital, and funding planning, partnering with the Treasurer to ensure liquidity and robust forecasting across multiple entities.

You will own long-range cash forecasting, model debt capacity, and provide funding analyses for acquisitions and growth initiatives, working with senior leadership and lenders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, treasury, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• At least 3 years in treasury and liquidity management.
• Deep expertise in liquidity planning, debt facilities, and covenant management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA/CFA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Treasurer on debt structure, covenant management, and funding headroom.
• Develop long-range cash forecast and integrate with budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Lead global working capital analysis and model cash conversion drivers.
• Provide funding, interest expense, and balance sheet inputs for budgets and analyses.
• Prepare cash and liquidity reporting for the CFO, Board, and lenders.
