Associate Director, Forecasting Specialty Medicine

Exciting opportunity in Cary, North Carolina for a seasoned professional to join a stable and rapidly growing pharmaceutical company as an Associate Director, Forecasting Specialty Medicine. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of forecasting for specialty medicines, working with both pipeline and in-market assets. Your expertise will guide high-level stakeholder meetings right up to the executive level, playing a key role in the commercial operations of our client's enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop demand forecasting models for specialty medicine products.
  • Manage forecasting activities for multiple pipeline and in-market assets.
  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings through to the executive level.
  • Utilize mixed model forecasts to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Drive transformational changes within the forecasting function.
Required Skills:
  • Demand forecasting: Proficiency in developing accurate market demand forecasts critical for strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • Mixed model forecasts: Ability to apply mixed statistical models that cater to varying business needs and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Stakeholder management: Excellent communication skills to manage expectations and deliver presentations at all levels of management including executives.
Additional Details:

Salary range: $170,000 - $195,000 per year, plus annual bonus and RSUs.

Position level: Mid-Senior level, Full-time.
