Job summary

Gridlines is a rapidly growing financial modelling consultancy. We seek an experienced model audit professional to lead teams across a portfolio of assignments, ensuring models are arithmetically and commercially correct and aligned with client documentation.

You will guide project delivery, develop methodologies, and contribute to business development while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple model audit engagements.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial modelling standards.
• Ability to translate complex model findings for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
• Lead model audit assignments ensuring arithmetic and commercial accuracy.
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into delivery of assignments.
• Review and interpret commercial documentation for alignment with models.
• Develop and enhance modelling methodologies and tools.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for delivery.
• Lead business development and client pitches.
• Lead client calls and build client relationships.
