Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead the design and optimization of financial aid processes and systems aligned with student success initiatives.
Collaborate with One-Stop, IT, Controller's Office, and external partners to ensure integrated service delivery.
Develop data-informed solutions, dashboards, and predictive models to optimize financial aid operations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and updates to workflows.
Mentor staff, promote professional growth, and foster an equitable, inclusive work culture.
