This role involves engaging financial advisors, developing sales pipelines, and collaborating with experienced sales directors. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in sales or asset management and demonstrated communication skills. Compensation ranges between $85,000 - $100,000 with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, brokerage, or asset management.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 & 65 within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in outbound activities to develop sales pipeline.
• Meet defined activity metrics and sales goals through virtual presentations.
• Collaborate with Directors on territory management.
• Execute sales campaigns to capture growth opportunities.
• Respond to advisor inquiries on investment strategies.
