Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in business development, contracting, or R&D consulting.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.
• Experience negotiating with external biotech/pharma partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiation of consultation agreements with biotech partners across preclinical and development matters.
• Move a high volume of agreements through negotiation to signature efficiently.
• Translate scientific scope into commercial terms for agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to meet governance standards.
• Maintain rigorous deal tracking and cycle-time discipline.
• Identify and drive process improvements to shorten time-to-signature.
