REGENXBIO Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Data & Information Architecture to design and execute an enterprise data architecture strategy that enables commercial growth and trusted analytics.

You will own the ERP data model (Oracle Cloud), lead data warehouse initiatives, and collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Legal, and IT to deliver secure, scalable data solutions. Formación

• Bachelor degree in a technical field is required.
• 12+ years in database architecture/engineering or enterprise data experience, ideally with Oracle/SQL Server.
• Experience designing/operating enterprise data warehouses and dimensional models for analytics.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ELT/ETL design, orchestration, metadata, and BI semantic modeling.
• Hands-on data-domain integration experience (CRM, marketing, payer, patient-support, claims).
• Solid understanding of ERP systems operation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee data pipelines and scalable infrastructure.
• Define/maintain target commercial data architecture for sales, CRM, payer, and analytics.
• Own ERP data model (Oracle Cloud) and integrate data from procurement, planning, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing.
• Lead design and operation of data warehouse with semantic layers.
• Serve as design authority for commercial-data initiatives and governance forums.
• Translate priorities into quarterly roadmaps, OKRs, releases, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design systems; establish governance and data integrity processes.
• Document designs, use Git, adhere to Change Management and Validation processes; support CI/CD and security.
