The ideal candidate holds a PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or CS&E with ~6–8 years of experience, a proven client-base, and strong

PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or CS&E with relevant research or industry experience.
~6-8 years of work experience and established client base.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience testifying in deposition, trial, arbitration, or hearings.
Willingness to travel globally.
Ability to lead and mentor staff; manage projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

Attracting and winning new business opportunities for Secretariat in expert witness or strategic consulting.
Contributing to growth of Electrical Engineering practice by recruiting talented staff.
Mentoring and driving growth of Electrical Engineering staff.
Providing project management and project budget oversight.
Travel globally as needed.
