Job summary

Collaborating with fundraising and communications teams, you will develop programs aligned with Booth’s values and priorities, manage multi-year strategies, and supervise communications and events to strengthen donor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years in advancement, donor relations or related fields.
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit settings.
• Familiar with Salesforce and Marketo; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a multi-year stewardship strategy for Annual Fund donors.
• Manages stewardship projects and newsletters, reports, and events.
• Expands email and mail communications and Dean’s Society offerings.
• Collaborates with Booth Advancement and Marketing for messaging.
• Monitors effectiveness and suggests improvements.
