We specialize in high-impact video and display ads across mobile, app, desktop, CTV, and influencer marketing, and are uniquely positioned to offer CPG brands shoppable ad units, target shoppers by retail affinity and location, connect in-store behavior with online intent, and be a performance -based partner that focusses on ROI.

Role Overview :

This position is focused on building and nurturing relationships within the shopper marketing and advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain strong connections with shopper marketing agencies and CPG brands directly.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, keeping track of client relationships and opportunities with shopper marketing agencies and CPG brands
  • Identify new business prospects while expanding existing advertiser partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute successful campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales development representatives to generate leads and secure meetings.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and provide insights for product innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Pitch company product offering to clients via in person presentations and lunch and learns

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media shopper marketing CPG sales with a strong performance history.
  • Strong background in calling on CPG brands direct and strong relationships at shopper marketing agencies
  • Currently or recently working for an adtech or digital company selling shopper marketing ad solutions

Comp : Up to $170k base + bonus
