Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Operations leader to establish a best-in-class capability and roadmap for ARCALYST and corporate programs. This role reports to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing and is based onsite in Lexington, MA.
You will own omnichannel initiatives, data tagging, training, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Commercial Operations, and agencies to drive efficient campaigns and actionable insights.

Reporting to theSeniorDirectorofDigitalMarketing, this role willestablisha best‑in‑class digital marketing capability, balancingoperational excellence with a strategic vision and roadmap.
This role will focus onKiniksa’ sfirst commercial product, ARCALYST® (rilonacept),as well as all corporate and clinical‑stage programs with a disproportionate focus on ARCALYST®. This role will enable high‑impact corporate, product, and disease communications across all digital and social channels in partnership with all functions and serve as the critical bridge between the commercial teams and our IT business partners.
