You will own governance, risk management, and inspection readiness, partnering with CMOs and internal teams to ensure compliance and readiness for audits. Ideal candidates have a BS in Life Sciences or Engineering, 10–12 years of QA experience in development, and proven cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• BS+ Life Sciences or Engineering background.
• 10–12 years QA experience with development-stage oversight.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and risk-based judgment.

Responsibilities

• Program QA Leadership (Oral): own quality strategy, governance cadence, risk register, and readiness milestones.
• Partner Oversight & Inspection Readiness: oversee CMOs, maintain inspection-ready documentation and evidence indexes.
