Job summary

Jobtailor in New York is seeking a senior Data Scientist to partner with Planning & Investment teams, building ML models to cluster audiences and deploy custom segments across platforms.

You will conduct descriptive analyses in clean rooms, set priorities, mentor managers and juniors, and translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in informatics work in academia, advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting.
• Hands-on programming skills in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
• Intermediate exposure to machine learning techniques and causal models.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of digital clean rooms and related concepts and strategy.
• Certifications in Meta Blueprint, SQL, Python, or R are listed.
• Demonstrated domain knowledge of business or industry.
• Knowledge of agency-side execution process is desirable but not required.
