Job Description

Core Job functions of DPS Team

  1. Leverage data and technology to solve business problems, including data and audience strategy across all channels, providing audience insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  2. Drive ad tech partnerships, including evaluation, selection, setup, maintenance, roadmap, and project management of ad tech partners.
  3. Provide digital, data, and ad tech education through trainings, POVs, and reference guides.
  4. Manage ad serving across standard, dynamic, video, and display formats.
  5. Handle attribution tasks such as pixels, tracking, measurement, mobile, and desktop.
  6. Conduct web analytics, app measurement, MTA, cross-device tracking, and CPDs.
  7. Manage Data Marketplace including 1P, 2P, 3P landscape, and best practices.
  8. Oversee DMPs, onboarding, and infrastructure.
  9. Manage DSPs and understand the role of platforms and tech (DPS 101).
  10. Ensure ad verification processes are in place.
Responsibilities
  1. Act as a resource demonstrating agency knowledge of digital strategies.
  2. Own and maintain relationships with audience data partners and internal agency counterparts.
  3. Guide and drive the use of audience data to impact media strategies based on overall objectives.
  4. Stay informed of current DMP/Programmatic media trends and provide training to employees when necessary.
  5. Assist in creating client presentations and provide agency POVs based on client data strategy objectives.
  6. Develop and grow day-to-day client relationships focused on data and internal agency leads.
  7. Oversee and set precedent for managing relationships with DMP or similar platforms.
  8. Manage the process of defining audiences, sharing data with partners, and tracking performance reports.
  9. Prepare and present data strategy presentations, integrating insights into media plans focused on audience details.
  10. Manage and support the growth of team members, including setting quarterly career goals.
  11. Support and/or lead thought leadership and roadmap planning for signal loss and data privacy initiatives.

Compensation Range: $110,580-$140,000 annually. This range reflects the company's current pay scale for this role and may be adjusted. Benefits for eligible roles include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The application deadline is 6/20/2025.
