S&P Global's Enterprise Data Organization seeks an Associate Director to accelerate data strategy initiatives for Upstream, Power & Gas. You will connect CERA data partners with data stewards, operations managers, product, and technology to deliver high-impact data solutions.
Based in the United States, the role offers a base salary aligned with location and experience, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan.

The Enterprise Data Organization is dedicated to leveraging S&P Global's extensive data coverage to deliver innovative solutions across the enterprise. The EDO CERA Data Partnership team sits at the intersection of business stakeholders and data execution, delivering high-quality, purpose-driven data through standardization and harmonization.
As part of this collaborative and cross-functional team, the Associate Director will help connect S&P Global CERA, Data Stewards, Operations Managers, Product, and Technology to accelerate data strategy initiatives for Upstream, Power, and Gas.
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,001 to $128,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
